If you get a call from someone claiming to be calling from Microsoft or on behalf of Microsoft hang up the phone as its a scam.
They will try to tell you that your computer has been sending out error reports.
They will try and show you the fake errors on your computer.
They will then try and direct to www.ammyy.com to take control of your computer.
Once they have control they will then ask for credit card details to fix the problem for a one off charge, you know what happens next 🙁
